We thought that it may be of interest to any visitors in the area to show an article from the northern France newspaper La Voix du Nord highlighting the unveiling of a new WW1 plaque.
The unveiling took place in Vis-en-Artois on 3 September with the plaque being dedicated to the 350 Canadian troops who lost their lives in the last 100 years of the conflict.
Well worth a visit if you are in the region.
